037 - Come Holy Ghost
1. Come, holy Ghost, Creator blest, And in our hearts take up your rest; Come with your grace and heavenly aid; To fill the hearts which you have made, To fill the hearts which you have made.
2. O comforter, to you we cry, The heavenly gift of God most high; The fount of life and fire of love And sweet anointing from above, And sweet anointing from above.
3. O Holy Ghost, through you alone, Know we the Father and the Son; Be this our firm unchanging creed, That you do from them both proceed, That you do from them both proceed.
4. Praise we the Lord, Father and Son, And Holy Spirit with them one; And may the Son on us bestow, All gifts that from the Spirit flow All gifts that from the Spirit flow.
