ศีลล้างบาป / Baptism Service

คือจารีตตามแบบโรมันคาทอลิก เป็นการต้อนรับเด็กที่เกิดในครอบครัวคาทอลิก หรือ สำหรับผู้ใหญ่ที่ได้รับการเรียนคำสอนแล้ว เข้าสู่คริสตศาสนาและความเชื่อในหมู่คริสตชน 

* ทางวัดพระมหาไถ่มีกำหนดทำพิธีล้างบาปสำหรับเด็กและผู้ใหญ่ (ภาษาไทย) "ทุกวันอาทิตย์" หลังมิสซา 12.30น. หรือเวลาประมาณ 13.30น. 
* กรุณาส่งใบคำร้อง พร้อมสำเนา "ใบสูติบัตร" ให้ทางวัด ก่อนการประกอบพิธีอย่างน้อย 1 สัปดาห์ เพื่อสะดวกการออกใบรับรองศีลล้างบาปให้แก่ท่าน

หมายเหตุ: 
สำหรับผู้ใหญ่ที่มีประสงค์จะเข้าสู่ศาสนา จำต้องเรียนคำสอนและได้รับการรับรองจากพระสงฆ์ท่านใดท่านหนึ่ง ก่อนจะสามารถรับพิธีล้างบาปและศีลศักดิ์สิทธิ์อื่นๆ ( >> ข้อมูลด้านคำสอนสำหรับเด็ก - ผู้ใหญ่)

ขั้นตอนการส่งใบขอรับศีลล้างบาปสำหรับเด็ก ออนไลน์

1. กรุณาดาวน์โหลดแบบฟอร์ม (MS Exel file) ล่างนี้
     >> ดาวน์โหลดคำร้องขอรับศีลล้างบาป รับศีลล้างบาป <<
2. เซฟใบคำร้องดังกล่าว
3. ส่งคำร้อง พร้อม "สำเนาสูจิบัตร"

4. ทางวัดจะติดต่อกลับ เพื่อยืนยันอีกครั้งหนึ่ง (หากไม่มีการตอบกลับ กรุณาโทรหาทางวัดอีกทีหนึ่ง)

* Baptismal service (for the English speaking) is scheduled after the 11am Mass or proximately at 12 noon 
* Please submit this form and a copy of "Birth Certificate" to the parish office, at least a week before baptism, for we will be able to provide a baptismal certificate on time.

Note:
For the adult baptism, it is needed to be approved by one of our priests after he/she has a proper preparation and catechism classes.  

Procedure of online request for a child’s Baptism 
1. Download a request form below (a MS Exel file)

2. Fill up the form then save

4. Our staff will confirm the appoint for your child's baptism. (if not you can call our us on the office hours)
